Welcome to Cyber Bounds Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence and that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Products and Licensing

Cyber Bounds Inc. is an authorized reseller of third-party software products, including Wondershare.
When you purchase a license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the vendor’s license agreement (e.g., Wondershare EULA).
You do not own the software itself; ownership remains with the original vendor.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact details.
Taxes (HST/GST) will be applied where required by Canadian law.

4. Delivery of Digital Products

Software licenses are delivered electronically via email after purchase.
Delivery times are generally instant to within 24 hours, but may vary in rare cases.
You are responsible for safeguarding your license key once delivered.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases and is incorporated into these Terms.

All sales are final unless eligible under our policy.
Refunds are only available for duplicate purchases, wrong product versions (if unused), or verified technical issues that cannot be resolved.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Resell, share, or distribute license keys without authorization.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, crack, or bypass license restrictions.
Use our products for unlawful purposes.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of your license without refund.

7. Third-Party Products & Services

Some products sold by Cyber Bounds Inc. are subject to the vendor’s own terms and conditions. By purchasing, you also agree to those vendor terms (e.g., Wondershare EULA).
We are not responsible for issues caused by the vendor’s software updates, features, or changes outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Bounds Inc. is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with all systems, or that the software will meet every user’s needs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the revised Terms.
